Stephen Slatter is a CIPP qualified payroll professional with over 15 years experience working in the payroll sector. He spent 6 years working in the public and private sectors for some of Oxfordshire’s largest employers – including the University of Oxford.

In 2013, Stephen founded Oxford Payroll Partners and hasn’t looked back. He has overseen its growth from working with just a few payroll clients to over 50 clients today – ranging from single director limited companies to charities to medium sized limited companies. Stephen is passionate about building long standing relationships with his clients and helping them achieve excellence.
